The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for enhancing store sales performance while cultivating a high-achieving team dedicated to outstanding customer service. This position entails overseeing operations and assisting the store manager in carrying out daily store functions. Applicants must exhibit excellent leadership skills, uphold integrity, and be adaptable to work in the mornings, evenings, weekends, and during overtime as needed. Experience in automotive retail and ASE certification are highly regarded as valuable qualifications for this role.
