**Job Title: Care Navigator Companion**
The Care Navigator Companion offers essential non-medical assistance, facilitating transportation and tailored interaction to enable residents to uphold their independence. This role also involves organizing community excursions, overseeing scheduling of appointments, and accurately documenting resident information. Applicants should be at least 21 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED, and hold a valid driver’s license in South Carolina. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of experience in senior or elder care is necessary, with an associate’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
