Job Summary
The Part-Time Leadership Facilitator will play a crucial role in guiding and enhancing leadership skills among participants. This position involves engaging with individuals to improve their leadership competencies through tailored programs and workshops, fostering an environment conducive to professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver interactive leadership development workshops.
- Assess participants’ leadership skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Facilitate discussions and activities that promote leadership qualities.
- Collaborate with teams to create a comprehensive leadership curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions.
- Support participants in setting personal leadership goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leadership training or facilitation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in adult learning principles is preferred.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in leadership, education, or related fields.
