Job description
The Maintenance Technician is tasked with ensuring the property’s overall appearance and upkeep, which encompasses identifying and resolving maintenance issues. Additionally, this role involves ensuring adherence to safety regulations, executing unit turnovers, and collaborating with contractors under the supervision of the Property Manager. Applicants should possess one to three years of relevant maintenance experience and a high school diploma or its equivalent. Essential skills include expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, a valid driver’s license, and the capacity to handle physically intensive work.
