Job Summary
The technician plays a crucial role in the installation, servicing, and repair of network devices, including routers, switches, and POS systems, at different client sites. This position involves a hands-on approach to ensure efficient operation and connectivity for all network systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair network devices at client locations.
- Perform cabling tasks and troubleshoot connectivity issues to enhance network performance.
- Conduct Wi-Fi signal testing to guarantee optimal wireless coverage.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT or a technical role is required.
- A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle are necessary for travel.
- The ability to lift up to 60lbs and climb ladders is essential for the role.
- Flexible availability for travel to various client sites is expected.
