Job Summary
The position entails delivering direct assistance to members by identifying their financial requirements and promoting suitable products. The representative will be responsible for processing transactions, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring precise record-keeping through internal software systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct service to members and ascertain their financial needs.
- Cross-sell relevant financial products to members.
- Handle transaction processing efficiently.
- Resolve member concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s internal software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 18 months of relevant experience in the finance or customer service sector.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer applications.
- Availability to work a designated schedule, including weekends.
