Job description
The Technical Support/Parts Sales Associate is responsible for delivering customer service and problem-solving assistance for industrial machinery while overseeing the sales of repair components. Key duties involve generating quotes, sourcing parts, handling order processing, and keeping customer information updated in the database. Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or a minimum of two years of relevant experience in technical support or sales. Candidates must also demonstrate proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and the capability to understand mechanical and electrical schematics.
