**Patient Care Assistant**
The Patient Care Assistant is responsible for carrying out both routine and specialized tasks related to patient care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. Key duties involve gathering patient information, recording vital signs, and coordinating with the healthcare team to enhance family-centered care. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED along with one of the following: a formal nursing assistant certification, enrollment in a BSN program with at least one clinical rotation, or a minimum of one year of direct patient care experience. This role demands the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting and the completion of respiratory fit testing.
