This position is responsible for keeping precise case management records and effectively collaborating with internal teams to address service challenges, ensuring that delivery timelines are met. Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED, alongside a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy support, healthcare coordination, or a similar area. A certification in pharmacy support or healthcare administration is highly desirable.
