**Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator**
The Patient Care Coordinator acts as the main liaison for patients, overseeing administrative processes while delivering outstanding customer service. This role involves crucial front-office and back-office functions to facilitate efficient clinic operations and enhance patient care. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year’s experience in a medical or healthcare environment. Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and the capacity to manage sensitive information with confidentiality are mandatory.
