Job description
**Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician provides support to patients with their mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities, ensuring that their surroundings are kept neat and organized. They are tasked with maintaining accurate patient records and notifying nursing staff of any changes in a patient’s physical or mental health status. Applicants must possess a valid Nurse Aide certification from the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry and secure BLS certification within 30 days of employment. A high school diploma or a year of relevant experience in a similar role is mandatory.
