Job description
**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician is responsible for delivering direct, hands-on dialysis support to individuals suffering from end-stage renal disease, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN). Key duties involve observing and monitoring patients, ensuring the proper functioning of dialysis machines, and documenting vital signs and other essential patient information. Applicants should possess an accredited high school diploma or GED and must be at ease working with blood and medical apparatus. This position demands physical endurance for extended shifts and the adaptability to accommodate various work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
