**Job Title: Patient Care Technician**
The Patient Care Technician is responsible for delivering direct, hands-on dialysis support to individuals suffering from end-stage renal disease, working under the guidance of a registered nurse. Key duties encompass observing patient vital signs, ensuring proper operation of dialysis machinery, and partnering with a diverse healthcare team. Applicants should have a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent qualification, and should be adept at handling blood and medical devices. This position demands physical endurance for extended shifts and the ability to adapt to a varied work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
