Job description
The Patient & Family Concierge is responsible for delivering extensive assistance to patients and their families, which encompasses coordinating destinations, maintaining cleanliness of the environment, offering dietary support, and facilitating patient transport. This role also involves overseeing unit supplies, aiding with telehealth equipment, and fostering a favorable experience through regular interactions and effective communication. Applicants should have a high school diploma, GED, or at least one year of pertinent work experience. Additionally, a Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification is mandatory for this position.
