**Patient Navigator**
The Patient Navigator is responsible for coordinating essential medical information and arranging appointments within specialty departments while collaborating closely with physicians and nursing personnel. This role involves managing referrals for new patients, keeping medical records up to date, and enhancing communication between various healthcare providers, both internal and external. Applicants should possess at least five years of experience in medical office administration, research, or customer service. A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, and candidates must be able to successfully complete a customer service assessment.
