The Patient Safety Technician is responsible for maintaining constant bedside or remote video observation of patients to ensure their safety and prevent injury. They also provide comfort measures, assist with activities of daily living, and use de-escalation techniques to support patient well-being. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, they are required to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
