**Patient Service Representative**
The Patient Service Representative is tasked with managing patient flow and delivering exceptional front-line customer service through reception and registration activities. This role involves interviewing patients to gather demographic and financial information, handling documentation, and providing support with financial aid initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in inpatient or outpatient admission processes. Strong skills in patient registration, financial counseling, and familiarity with medical terminology are highly desirable.
