The Patient Service Specialist is responsible for overseeing front office operations, which encompass greeting patients, verifying insurance information, and entering patient data. Acting as a patient concierge, this role is essential for facilitating efficient clinic workflows while safeguarding patient confidentiality. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and hold a valid BLS certification. A background in a medical office setting of 1-3 years is advantageous, and familiarity with PC applications and medical billing procedures is expected.
