Job description
The Patient Services Representative plays a key role in addressing phone inquiries, capturing messages, and managing medical record documentation. This position also involves basic scheduling duties as well as supporting the check-in and check-out processes at the clinic. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. Ideal candidates will have clerical skills, an understanding of medical terminology, as well as knowledge of insurance and coding practices.
