**Job Title: Patient Services Representative**
The Patient Services Representative serves as the initial point of contact for patients, tasked with welcoming, guiding, and managing visitor schedules. This role also involves facilitating communication between patients and staff by organizing charts and ensuring precise office documentation and correspondence is maintained. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with two to three years of relevant office experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and understanding of medical terminology and insurance providers are highly desirable.
