**Job Title: Patient Services Representative**
The Patient Services Representative plays a key role in delivering front desk and administrative support to our facility. This includes tasks such as registering patients, verifying insurance coverage, and managing appointment scheduling. The representative is also tasked with overseeing patient flow, collecting payments, and upholding HIPAA compliance. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience within a healthcare environment, along with familiarity in using EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications. Preference will be given to those with an associate degree in healthcare administration or a related discipline.
