This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service by responding to patient inquiries and clarifying financial options available to them. Applicants should possess a high school diploma along with a minimum of two years of applicable experience. A strong understanding of medical terminology, insurance benefits, and medical billing processes is essential.
