The Pattern Digitizer plays a crucial role in transforming physical upholstery patterns into precise digital files utilizing advanced CAD software. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including product development, cutting, and sewing, to guarantee that patterns are systematically arranged and prepared for the production process.
Responsibilities
- Convert physical upholstery patterns into digital formats using specialized CAD tools.
- Collaborate effectively with product development, cutting, and sewing teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Organize patterns to guarantee readiness for production activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proficient computer skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.
- Previous experience with CAD software or in the upholstery manufacturing sector is advantageous; however, training is available for eager candidates.
