Job description
The Payroll & Benefits Manager oversees the precise and prompt management of payroll, employee benefits, and leave policies for all personnel. This position also guarantees compliance with applicable federal and state regulations while collaborating with Human Resources, Finance, and outside vendors. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll and 2 years in benefits administration. Competence in payroll and HRIS systems, along with a robust understanding of wage and hour laws, is crucial for success in this role.
