Job Summary
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for guiding the payroll team to ensure the precise and timely execution of payroll across various locations while ensuring compliance with relevant wage and hour regulations. This position entails overseeing payroll system settings, enhancing process efficiency, and working in close partnership with the HR, accounting, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the payroll team in accurate payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws.
- Oversee payroll system configurations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, accounting, and operations departments to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Proficient in payroll software, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
- High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business or accounting is preferred.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
