**Job Title:** PC Support Technician
The PC Support Technician is responsible for delivering desktop and technical assistance, which encompasses the installation, configuration, and upkeep of hardware and software for both military and civilian staff. The role includes addressing service tickets, overseeing IT asset inventories, and ensuring adherence to DoD cybersecurity regulations. Applicants must be U.S. citizens holding a current DoD Secret clearance along with an IAT Level II certification. A minimum of two years of experience in IT support and expertise in managing Windows workstations are essential qualifications.
