**Patient Care Coordinator**
The Patient Care Coordinator acts as the main point of contact for patients, overseeing the daily scheduling and organizing treatment services. This role includes welcoming patients, facilitating consultations, and ensuring precise patient documentation alongside handling financial transactions. Applicants should possess a high school diploma and have at least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or within a healthcare environment. Familiarity with dental practice management software and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.
