Job Summary
The Pediatric Dentist is responsible for delivering specialized dental care to children, focusing on their unique dental needs. This role involves providing preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic dental services to promote optimal oral health among young patients. The Pediatric Dentist will work in a supportive environment aimed at creating a positive dental experience for children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations for pediatric patients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs.
- Perform restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, and extractions.
- Educate patients and parents about oral hygiene and preventative care.
- Monitor the growth and development of children’s teeth.
- Manage dental emergencies and provide appropriate care.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in pediatric dentistry.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
