Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will conduct assessments and deliver treatment to patients through personalized, evidence-informed care strategies. Building and nurturing robust relationships with patients and referral partners is essential. Collaboration with clinic personnel and offering mentorship to students or colleagues will also be a key aspect of the role.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Foster strong relationships with patients and referral sources to enhance care and communication.
- Work alongside clinic staff to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to students or peers as necessary.
Qualifications
- Must hold a current license or be eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Demonstrate a patient-first approach along with integrity-driven care principles.
- Exhibit a compassionate attitude and a willingness for professional development within a team-centered environment.
