Job description
**Job Title: Primary Care Physician**
Deliver exceptional primary care services to patients by combining in-person appointments with periodic telehealth consultations. Work closely with clinical teams and engage in daily meetings to promote optimal patient outcomes. A minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care is required, along with board certification in Family Medicine or MedPeds. Applicants must possess or be eligible to secure a medical license in Texas.
