Job description
**Job Title:** Resident Support Specialist
The Resident Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing front desk activities, ensuring the security of the premises, and performing safety inspections at a residential facility. This role includes offering direct assistance to residents, managing crisis situations, and conducting wellness assessments, all while fostering a trauma-informed approach. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a valid New York State Security Officer License. Experience working with residential, mental health, or justice-involved individuals is highly desirable, and certification in CPR/First Aid is required.
