**Job Title: Associate Personal Banker**
The Associate Personal Banker fosters strong customer connections by actively engaging with clients both through outreach initiatives and in-person visits at the branch to address their financial requirements. Key responsibilities include executing transactions, establishing accounts, and guiding customers toward suitable banking offerings and digital resources. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and must be bilingual, proficient in both Spanish and English. This position entails working within a branch setting, which includes Saturday shifts, and requires successful completion of a language evaluation as well as SAFE registration.
