Job description
In this role, you will foster enduring customer relationships by assisting with daily banking requirements through face-to-face interactions and proactive outreach. You will also contribute to the growth of the branch by recognizing customer needs and linking them to suitable banking services and digital tools. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or equivalent training. This position necessitates the flexibility to work on Saturdays and requires SAFE registration to be completed once hired.
