Job Summary
The Personal Care Aide plays a crucial role in delivering daily living assistance and support tailored to clients in their residences, following a care plan established by a physician. Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess the client’s health and well-being.
- Document and report on the services provided to clients.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly living space for clients.
- Adhere to confidentiality policies and ensure HIPAA compliance.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid PCA certification.
- Registered with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Exhibits a compassionate demeanor towards clients.
- Able to follow instructions accurately.
- Physically capable of performing necessary tasks, including lifting and bending.
