Job description
**Job Title: Pharmacist**
The pharmacist will manage the daily functions of the pharmacy, which includes supervising staff and preparing sterile products for home infusion therapy. Key responsibilities involve making clinical decisions, tracking patient medication outcomes, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. Applicants are required to possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and must be a licensed registered pharmacist. Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of recent acute-care experience or one year of experience specifically in home infusion therapy.
