Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy, or board eligible, and have a PharmD plus PGY1 residency training or at least two years of relevant clinical experience; an exception applies to qualifying SRH Clinical Pharmacists employed before April 1, 2018. A PGY2 residency and Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties certification in the applicable specialty are preferred, and board-eligible applicants must obtain a South Carolina pharmacist license within three months of hire.
