The Lead Certified Pharmacy Technician assists the pharmacist in daily operations, including dispensing, data entry, and patient care. They also provide leadership by training new staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience as a certified pharmacy technician within the Kroger enterprise. A valid state pharmacy technician license is required, and national certification is preferred.
