**Job Title: Phlebotomist**
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting phlebotomies and collecting blood from donors, ensuring proper registration and assessment of donor eligibility. You will play a key role in aiding donor recruitment and facilitating the transition to automated collection technologies, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Proficiency in computer programs and strong collaborative skills are crucial for success in this position.
