Job description
The phlebotomist plays a crucial role in assessing donor eligibility, building a positive relationship with donors, and maintaining the confidentiality of their information during the donation process. This position involves operating automated plasmapheresis machines and keeping track of both donor well-being and the condition of the equipment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and exhibit excellent customer service skills. Additionally, candidates must be willing to work flexible hours and secure any required state licenses or certifications.
