Job description
The phlebotomist plays a crucial role in assessing the eligibility of donors, building a trusting relationship, and maintaining the privacy of donor information. They are tasked with the operation of automated plasmapheresis equipment and are responsible for overseeing the health of donors during the entire donation process. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and exhibit exceptional customer service skills. This position demands a flexible work schedule and the ability to acquire any required state licenses or certifications.
