The phlebotomist’s role involves conducting venipuncture and overseeing the pheresis procedure to facilitate effective plasma collection. Additionally, they are tasked with keeping precise donor records, addressing equipment issues, and providing a safe and hygienic setting for donors. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 6 months experience in the phlebotomy field. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is essential to meet the operational requirements.
