Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Collect blood specimens from patients while adhering to infection control protocols.
- Accurately label and document all specimens for timely laboratory processing.
- Ensure proper handling of specimens to maintain their integrity for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain a safe and sterile working environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture techniques.
- Knowledge of best practices in specimen handling.
- Possession of a valid Texas driver’s license.
