Job Summary
The role involves delivering expert phlebotomy services such as venipuncture and capillary blood draws at designated patient service centers and client offices. Emphasis is placed on accurate specimen collection, proper patient identification, and meticulous data entry, all while upholding exceptional customer service and adherence to operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional venipuncture and capillary draws in various locations as assigned.
- Ensure precise specimen collection and accurate patient identification.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the process.
- Perform accurate data entry related to specimen collection.
- Adhere to operational compliance and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in phlebotomy.
- Possession of reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
