A professional demeanor is essential, as is the capability to manage billing information and comply with all safety and laboratory standards. Applicants should possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, with preferable experience in medical assistance or phlebotomy training. The position requires strong phlebotomy expertise, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, and a valid driver’s license along with dependable transportation.
