Job description
The Phone Triage Medical Assistant will evaluate patient medical requirements, document symptoms, and handle appointment scheduling and prior authorizations. This position also involves conveying test results and facilitating prescription refills, all while fostering professional relationships with both patients and healthcare providers. Applicants should have a minimum of one year of medical experience and possess excellent communication and organizational abilities. A Medical Assistant Certification is preferred for candidates applying for this role.
