The Triage RN plays a critical role in overseeing calls to the after-hours answering service from both patients and healthcare professionals. This position involves evaluating patient needs and delivering clinical advice in accordance with standard triage protocols, as well as recording each interaction in the Epic system. Applicants must possess a valid Wisconsin or NLC multi-state Registered Nurse license and have a minimum of five years of clinical experience in either acute or ambulatory care settings. Additionally, candidates should have completed at least two years of nursing education, with a preference for those holding a bachelor’s degree.
