Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional therapy services that encompass patient evaluation, screening, and the formulation of individualized treatment strategies. In this role, they will also supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians while guaranteeing adherence to all relevant state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient screenings and evaluations.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
- Ensure full compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Possession of a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the relevant state.
