Evaluate patients and develop personalized physical therapy treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Partner with interdisciplinary teams and nursing staff to deliver hands-on therapy and ensure continuity of care for older adults. Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or license eligible in the state of practice. Requires graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program and an interest in geriatric rehabilitation.
