**Job Title: Physical Therapist**
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents’ conditions to create and execute tailored treatment plans that focus on enhancing both mobility and overall quality of life. Additionally, they must ensure precise documentation in the electronic medical records and accurately code therapy procedures. Applicants should be graduates of a Physical Therapy program accredited by the APTA and possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the practicing state. Strong skills in managing electronic medical records and a caring attitude towards resident care are essential requirements.
