Job Summary
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing exceptional therapy services to patients. This role involves assessing patients, developing and executing treatment plans, and planning for patient discharge. In addition, the therapist supervises Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians to guarantee the delivery of high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to understand individual needs.
- Create and implement personalized treatment plans for effective rehabilitation.
- Plan for the safe and successful discharge of patients after treatment.
- Oversee and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians.
- Ensure compliance with treatment protocols and standards of care.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Possession of a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
